Installation Tips

macOS Gatekeeper

If macOS shows a warning about an unverified developer on first launch, right-click the PiUI app in your Applications folder and click Open, then confirm by clicking Open again.

Windows SmartScreen

If Microsoft Defender SmartScreen displays a blue banner ("Windows protected your PC"), click More info and then click Run anyway to proceed with the installer.

Linux AppImage FUSE

On Ubuntu 22.04+ or modern distros, ensure FUSE is installed (sudo apt install libfuse2), then make the file executable (chmod +x) and launch.
